Vacation Week

I knew this week would be slow on points and overall I am pleased with what I accomplished.  It is good we are home because my eating was getting out of hand at the end.

Week looked like this:

Walk 30.3 miles
Bike 3 miles
Weights 60 min
Cardio 30 min
Pilates 20 min

Freggies were only 4 days out of 7.  Dang fast food.....
