WEEK 3

This week will be a little tough.  I have some busy work stuff so the goal will be to keep the ambitious plan I have set for myself.  And to keep hydrated.  My points goal is 65 points.


Monday-  Kickboxing and Zumba
Tuesday-  Zumba
Wednesday-  Buns & Abs and Zumba
Thursday-  Step and Yoga
Friday-  Zumba
Saturday-  Zumba
Sunday-  Rest

I need to sneak in some weights because my schedule is so cardio heavy.   I also want to continue my habits from week 2.
