Week 4 HBBC

This weeks challenge will be to keep up the momentum.  This will be the last full week I have with the gym before the holidays so I need to not slow down. 

Mon-  Kickboxing, Zumba
Tues-  Buns & Abs
Wed-  Buns & Abs and Zumba
Thur-  Step and Yoga
Fri-  Zumba
Sat-  Zumba


On the facebook page they asked you to beat last week's goal.  So my point goal for the week will be 72.
