Vacation Week

I knew this week would be slow on points and overall I am pleased with what I accomplished.  It is good we are home because my eating was getting out of hand at the end.

Week looked like this:

Walk 30.3 miles
Bike 3 miles
Weights 60 min
Cardio 30 min
Pilates 20 min

Freggies were only 4 days out of 7.  Dang fast food.....

Twas the Week Before Christmas

We went out of town on Friday for the Christmas Holiday.  My game plan was to get in as much at the gym as I could and to walk with family while we were away because the hotel gyms were awful.  This week was a success.

Before we left I did:

Bike 15.2 miles
Step 120 min
Zumba 120 min
Weights 99 min
Treadmil 1.5 miles
High Impact Cardio 10 min
Yoga/Stretch 80 min

The rest of the week with a long couple of driving days looked like this:

Walk 24.2 miles
Stretching 20 min


I did good on my Freggies 6 days out of 7

HBBC Tricky Week

We start our traveling this week so it will get tricky for here on out.  I don't really have a plan yet but I will try and make it to the gym 4 days this week the rest of the week will be walking/running with a strength or stretch snuck in here or there....

Week 4

I stuck to the plan thankfully but it hasn't been a great week for SUGAR.  Sugar is definitely my weakness and I have been good up until this week.  I am so grateful for this plan because I still got my workout and Freggies in along with all that sugar.

Week 4 HBBC

This weeks challenge will be to keep up the momentum.  This will be the last full week I have with the gym before the holidays so I need to not slow down. 

Mon-  Kickboxing, Zumba
Tues-  Buns & Abs
Wed-  Buns & Abs and Zumba
Thur-  Step and Yoga
Fri-  Zumba
Sat-  Zumba


On the facebook page they asked you to beat last week's goal.  So my point goal for the week will be 72. 

Good Week

I was feeling a little ragged by Saturday and in NEED of a rest day but I did it.  I beat my goal and didn't give in to the temptation of vegging out on the couch...

WEEK 3

This week will be a little tough.  I have some busy work stuff so the goal will be to keep the ambitious plan I have set for myself.  And to keep hydrated.  My points goal is 65 points.


Monday-  Kickboxing and Zumba
Tuesday-  Zumba
Wednesday-  Buns & Abs and Zumba
Thursday-  Step and Yoga
Friday-  Zumba
Saturday-  Zumba
Sunday-  Rest

I need to sneak in some weights because my schedule is so cardio heavy.   I also want to continue my habits from week 2.

Points Girl

This week has been great.  The points structure works for me.  This week, instead of sitting around waiting for a class to start I would go ride the bike or walk the treadmill.  Instead of sitting on the couch watching TV I would stretch.  When I didn't feel like going back to the gym for a nighttime class I improvised and worked out at home with my kids....   I hope this is the beginning of good habits.
