We went out of town on Friday for the Christmas Holiday. My game plan was to get in as much at the gym as I could and to walk with family while we were away because the hotel gyms were awful. This week was a success.
Before we left I did:
Bike 15.2 miles
Step 120 min
Zumba 120 min
Weights 99 min
Treadmil 1.5 miles
High Impact Cardio 10 min
Yoga/Stretch 80 min
The rest of the week with a long couple of driving days looked like this:
Walk 24.2 miles
Stretching 20 min
I did good on my Freggies 6 days out of 7
