Spring Challenge...

Today is the beginning for the SPRING BOOTIE BUSTER CHALLENGE.  My blog should now be called the last 25.  Because I am going the wrong way.  I don't know if it is hitting the big 40 or lack of will power or both but this challenge is starting at just the right time. 

The Plan.

This week I hope to have a strong start.  In addition to the classes I have listed I hope to sneak in a couple 10 min strength sessions and WOW.

Mon-  Kickboxing and Zumba
Tues-  Abs and Buns
Wed-  Zumba and Pump
Thur-  Step and Yoga
Fri- Zumba
Sat- Zumba
Sun- Rest
